Apple manna in multivarka
Tender, juicy and flavorful casserole cooked in multivarka VITEK-4212BK.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples cleaned to grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Add the apples, half the sugar and cinnamon.

Curd grind with the remaining sugar.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix with semolina.

Nuts grind into a fine crumb. Add half of the chopped almonds to the flour mixture.

In the bowl multivarki put the butter and melt in the mode "Roasting", 10 minutes should be enough.

Cream slightly warmed and mix with melted butter. The bowl of the slow cooker not washing!

In the bowl multivarki spread layers of cooked ingredients: 1. 1/3 flour mixture 2. Pour 1/4 of cream 3. Spread 1/3 of the apples 4. Half of the cheese. Layers to repeat. Turns out on top of Apple layer. The apples sprinkle the remaining nuts and pour cream.

The casserole cool completely in the bowl - it is slightly flimsy, but after cooling, acquires a firm consistency. Carefully using the tool for steaming remove the pudding from the bowl multivarki. The top is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
