Mushroom soup in a bun
This is a very tasty dish!!! I do not know whether it is on the website, but I can't find it. Puree soup(insanely delicious) is poured into a loaf crisp, imbued with garlic and eaten with it! Bread soaked in mushroom flan-delicious! In General, no plates!!! This is my favorite dish that I take great pleasure in preparing for guests, and they still love to eat!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Roll

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Take a loaf of bread(each,I give the recipe for 4 persons) cut off the crown,which will have us cover.

Add the mushrooms to the potatoes(reserve the mushrooms a little for garnish) and bring to readiness.Add salt,pepper.

Drain out the broth(do not pour the broth,make him ice cubes).And send our mushrooms with potatoes in a mixer(or blender).
