Tender beef sandwiches
Delicious, flavorful, lean meat. Turns out tender and soft. Perfect for sandwiches and snacking. And very convenient to take with you is the meat in the trips and picnics. A great replacement for store-bought semi-finished products and sausage products.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Spices

In a bowl for marinating to put Satsebeli, soy sauce, spices and salt. If you don't have Satsebeli -then take any thick tomato sauce.

All stir and put the meat in the marinade. Thoroughly coat the meat and leave to marinate for at least an hour. Marinated meat and put in a bag together with the marinade (plain), tight tie.

The meat in the package to put in another bag, tie tight. In the slow cooker (or regular pot) pour water and cook meat. Cook on low heat for 100 minutes. Ready to pull out the meat, cool and enjoy.
