Salad
This light refreshing salad is easy to prepare, very flavorful and pleasantly reminiscent of a spring breeze gentle breeze. Prepared easily and quickly!

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    8 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

Lettuce and break into pieces, beans parboil, cut cucumbers into strips. Chop green onions and dill.

All to mix and lay heaped on lettuce leaves.

To make the sauce: mix olive oil, salt, honey or sugar, lemon juice, pressed garlic. Salad garnish with olives and boiled shrimp, pour sauce and sprinkle ground black pepper.
