A delicate and delicious appetizer for the contest "Vegetable traffic light".

Sunflower oil
500 ml

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Wash the potatoes, cut into two halves and cut out the core. Cut the "butt" to be able to put a potato.
In a saucepan, add the sunflower oil, bring to a boil and drop in the oil potatoes. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Carefully take out of the oil potato, spread on a plate.
Make a salad from vegetables. Vegetables(tomato, cucumber, yellow pepper), finely cut into cubes. Stir, add salt, season with mayonnaise.
Fill the tartlet with potato salad.
Put the potato cakes on a plate, decorate with vegetables. Bon appetit!!!
