Quick cherry-sour cream cake without the hassle
Quick, easy and delicious cake. The ideal solution for those who want to pamper their loved ones with something sweet and tasty, but the real cake is often simply not enough time.

Ingredients

  • The creme fraiche

    800 g

  • Cherry

    680 ml

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    6 piece

  • Biscuit

    3 piece

Cooking

The sour cream carefully vzbit with sugar. Add vanilla and stir.

Cherry compote to drain the juice, leaving some juice for later. Cherry blend and add to sour cream with sugar.

Plates of gelatin to soak in cold water. In a Cup pour a little of the reserved cherry juice. The softened plate overcome, to shift into the Cup and dissolve in a water bath.

2-3 tablespoons cherry-sour cream mass to put to the dissolved gelatin and stir. Mix with the rest and mix well.

Around the cake to secure the ring.

Liberally lubricated cream.

Cover with the following cake and cream again, and so on.

Place in refrigerator preferably overnight.
