Description
This dessert is just right for a hot summer. Ice cream is simple to prepare, but so delicious! And flavor it gives, of course, the sauce of plums in brandy. Very simple, but so elegant!

Cooking
In a saucepan put the plums and pour over the brandy. Leave for 30 min.
Then add sugar, put on fire and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
Whip with an immersion blender until smooth consistency, similar to thick jam. Dissolve 1-2 tbsp of brandy if necessary. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
While the sauce cools, make the ice cream. Whisk cold cream until stiff peaks. Do not kill, and then get the oil.
Add the condensed milk. If you like sweeter, you can add more than half of the banks.
Transfer to a cold bowl; add chernoslivovymi sauce and stir casually with a spoon. Cover and put into the freezer for freezing.
