All the recipes I cooked during the master class from the Mistral, very simple, takes the least time and give the maximum benefit. And Yes, many (and I want to write everything :)) useful (vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs) are grown with their own hands. Cooking
My orange, a grated grate zest, squeeze the juice
Cut thin slices of strawberries
Cottage cheese and yogurt mix well
In need of brown sugar. I use the sugar from the Mistral.
Whisk everything, add the orange juice and zest
Put on the bottom of glasses or bowls as a portion of the whipped cottage cheese, sprinkled with sugar...
... put the strawberries, cottage cheese and again sprinkle with brown sugar
The last layer put whipped cream sent to the dessert in the cold for 20-25 min.
So the dessert chilling in the fridge
