Zucchini with meat in a slow cooker
The time has come zucchini! Eating zucchini is a very inexpensive way to enrich the body with minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. And the meat that goes well with the zucchini, increases its positive influence and brings a very important component is protein. For taste they're perfect for each other. Besides, zucchini can aid in the digestion of meat and help to normalize the acidity.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Water

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Pork cut into small pieces. Coat them in flour (I mixed in a plastic bag the flour, salt and spices (I used Khmeli-suneli 1 tbsp), put the meat and shake until all pieces are not in flour). Spread the meat into a saucepan multivarki.
