Non-alcoholic mulled wine from hibiscus
Recipes for mulled wine on the site a lot, but I would venture to suggest another non - alcoholic. This mulled wine a lot of advantages. First, it antiprotonic and warming, which is very useful in cold and frosty weather, and secondly, drink – aphrodisiacal, and this will agree, is very important in light of the coming Valentine's Day. And, thirdly, even if we exclude the first two points, then this drink is simply delicious and can be consumed by children.

Cooking

step-0
The drink is prepared is not easy, but very simple. Reckon we need a number of blossoms of hibiscus, clove Bud and cinnamon stick (I didn't have one and I just added half a teaspoon of ground).
step-1
Cut off a small piece of ginger root, wash it and cut into thin plates.
step-2
Add ginger to the spices, pour the boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes. Ideally, the best time and even the dishes wrap.
step-3
Strain through cheesecloth or a strainer and the resulting infusion add 2-3 tablespoons of honey (I used 2.5 tbsp)
step-4
Here is our non-alcoholic mulled wine from hibiscus ready. Poured into mugs or glasses and enjoy a rich spicy taste. Drink liked it even my daughter 2.4 years, and about her husband, I generally keep quiet, summer asks him to cook every day, completely forgetting about the classic version with wine.
