Simple sandwiches, but the decoration of any table. Quick to prepare, and therefore unable to please anyone, including unexpected guests, unless of course they love the herring!

Cooking
Red onion cut into thin rings.
Onion pour over boiling water and marinade for 15 minutes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce (I added a few drops of lemon juice, it is a matter of taste, I love the bow pokola).
Baguette (or loaf, as well as a Borodino bread) cut into slices and fry in a pan on slow fire (to dry slightly) till Golden color with minimal amount of vegetable oil.
In a blender, add the softened butter, chopped fresh herbs and caviar herring (if caught herring without a ROE, I can change her to a ROE Pollock or capelin, and it is possible and without it) and punched to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Toasted baguette spread pancake mass.
Herring cleaned from the skin, remove bones. Fillet cut into small slices. They put on the sandwiches.
Put on top of the pickled onions.
Decorate with olives and lemons. Bon appetit!!! WITH A HOLIDAY!!!
