Quick soup! Especially good for kids who don't like vegetables floating in the soup!

Ingredients

  • Vegetables

    200 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Dumplings

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Pour into a saucepan about 2 liters of water, put the peeled potatoes and boil it. When cooked, add the pre-fried potatoes to the vegetable mixture and pour in a bowl of water in which boiled potatoes - 0,5-1 glass. Using a blender, bring the vegetables to a smooth consistency.

Pour it into the water, where potatoes are cooked. Add the dumplings, add salt and cook until cooked dumplings.
