  • Eggplant

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    300 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fry chopped onion, garlic in olive oil,

Add lettuce peppers, eggplant, zucchini (all cut into large cubes), add salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 min.

Add the chopped tomatoes, Basil and simmer for another 5-10 min. stirring occasionally. BON APPETIT!
