Cooking
Cranberries cover with cold water and boil until soft.
Turkey fillet cut into serving pieces, salt, to make cuts and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
From cranberries to drain 1/2 of the broth to another pot.
Gradually infusing cranberry broth, simmer the fillets over low heat and under a lid, until tender.
The cranberries add sugar, add vodka and boil for 5-10 minutes. Off the heat, add the starch, pre-diluted in 70 ml of water, mix thoroughly and cool the sauce.
On a plate put the fillets, pour over sauce and serve with your favourite side dish (rice, vegetables, fried onions). Bon appetit!
