Very tasty, very quickly. Just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

Fish grind in a blender or mince.

Beat the eggs, add milk, flour sifted with baking powder, a pinch of ginger, salt and pepper. Add the fish to the batter and stir.

I added chopped greens. It turned out very well aromatne.

To score the dough with a spoon and drop in boiling oil. Doughnuts are fried quickly, about 3 minutes. I turned over with a fork, they cooked equally from all sides.
