The recipe for this wonderful cake I found in one of culinary magazine. I immediately wanted to bake, but somehow hands nezahodil, but today I finally got inspired and did not regret it. The cakes turned out just wonderful!

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and butter, cut into pieces, and zest of one lemon. I recommend to do this in the blender quickly and effortlessly.

Now add the juice of one lemon, egg and sour cream. Knead the dough. It turns out tender and very pleasant to the touch.

Received divide the dough into three equal parts. To one part add cocoa and knead to obtain a homogeneous dough. If there is any difficulty, you can add a small spoonful of sour cream.

Turn on the oven. The ball of light dough roll out with a rolling pin into a rectangle about the size of 25x35 cm, place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and brush with jam (the recipe specified jam from a red currant, but in my hands, so I smeared with plum jam. You can use a jam of your liking, the main thing that it was sour).

Put the same rectangle of chocolate dough. Now whisk the whites, gradually adding sugar, until obtaining a taut peaks. Then in the whites carefully with a spatula smeshaem nuts and all the weight is evenly distributed into the chocolate dough.

Put the third prjamougolny light test. Ready. Put all this beauty in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until obtain a smooth mass. I was lucky today, the yolks were bright yellow, which does not always happen!

Now the most interesting thing that attracted me to this recipe. Take out from the oven our "cake" and immediately, on hot, spread the yolk of the wt and rubs it across the surface. This should be done quickly, as it almost immediately dries and hardens, so this step I did not photograph. And that, dear citizens, all compactly! It remains only to wait for our creation to cool, then trim with a knife edge and cut into cakes. The egg glaze is fragile, but is cut right, a little crack, but it has a certain charm, agree.
