Delicious pancakes, very similar in taste to what it used to be you could order at the cafe "chocolate". Whether they are in the menu now - I don't know, but it is unlikely that their quality remained the same. I recently found the recipe for these pancakes on the Internet. It turns out that this dessert is easy to make at home! Help yourselves, dear friends!

All components for the dough, beat with a blender for several minutes until a homogeneous consistency. In a pan heat oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Browning. You should get 14-15 thin pancakes with a small diameter.

Nuts (I took the same amount of walnuts and almonds), wash and fry in a pan for several minutes. Raisins wash, you can soak it overnight in alcohol. I'm not soaked, but added 1 tablespoon of brandy by melting chocolate. Nuts grind in a coffee grinder with grind raisins in a blender and mix with melted chocolate. If the filling is too thick, add to it 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol or milk.

For chocolate sauce melt on low heat butter, add other ingredients and mix to a smooth consistency. If bad sugar is dissolved, heat the sauce until it dissolves.
