Rolls
Soft, fluffy buns stuffed with plum and chocolate, with light coffee aroma. Due to the fact that the dough is prepared the day before, these buns can be baked on Christmas morning, waking the household with the aroma of coffee and fresh pastries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.05 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Prunes

    300 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

The batter for the muffins prepared the night before. To prepare the dough: in an enamel bowl pour the milk, eggs, butter, sliced, 0.5 Cup. sugar. Lightly beat with a whisk, put on a weak fire. A bit warm (30-35*C), add dry yeast, 1 Cup. flour. Put in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. Knead the dough, adding the remaining flour and sugar. The dough should be very soft. The dough is put in a bag and placed in a refrigerator on the warm shelf, leave overnight.

In the morning, brew a Cup of very strong coffee...

... and pour it over the prunes.

To get coming up the dough from the refrigerator, prepare a large baking dish. You can, of course, the usual buns sculpt, but I have a Christmas version - snowflakes and Christmas trees.

Hands grease with vegetable oil. From test to tear off a small piece, slightly stretch in the palm, in the middle put the filling - a few pieces of prunes and chocolate.
