  • Rice flour

  • Corn flour

Pumpkin puree, cheese, egg, milk and sugar in a blender. In a separate bowl, mix two kinds of flour with baking powder. In a liquid mixture gradually add flour, stirring constantly with a whisk. The dough should be as pancakes. Add a little salt and leave for 30-40 minutes.

After baking put on paper towel to glass the excess oil.

I served with pumpkin jam and condensed milk. If anyone is interested, I will give the recipe for pumpkin jam: Pumpkin - 450 grams (without skin) Sugar - 2 Cup. Orange (large) - 1 PC. Lemon - 1 PC.
