Cooking
Cut the cheese into pieces with a thickness of 0.7-1cm.
Mix flour with spices and salt. Make in blender, bread crumbs and beat the egg with milk.
Sliced cheese roll in mixture of flour and spices, dip in egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs. This procedure is done 2 times with every bite. Spread on a flat plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the frying pan with butter and oil and fry each piece for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot with fresh vegetables and some sauce.
