Beef jerky with pepper
No festive table is complete without meats. I suggest You, in fact, meat chips. After the New Year, everyone celebrates in different ways: someone at the family table with salads and hot someone in nature. In any case, I believe that my starter will definitely find its admirers, particularly among fans not so much to eat, how much to eat-to chew!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Beer

    750 ml

  • Black pepper

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a large bowl, mix the beer and soy sauce. I took snacks, light soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Meat cut into strips 5 mm thick (across or along the grain, does not matter). I have a marble beef.

Put the meat in the marinade, stir so that the meat from all sides was covered with marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

Preheat the oven to 80-90 C (you can use a machine). On a baking sheet to place the metal grate. Lay strips of meat on the grill at a distance of 5 mm from each other and sprinkle with ground black pepper. To dry 4 hours, the meat should be firm and almost completely dry.
