Ingredients

Hearts thoroughly washed, soaked in clean cold water for 30 minutes.

Spread on paper towels, dry and slice the hearts lengthwise into 2 parts.

Onion, garlic and carrots to clean. Onions cut into half rings or quarters, garlic - small dice. Carrots cut into cubes.
