Glossy meat in the pan
Wonderful and quick recipe for chicken legs. In a jiffy you have a festive and everyday dish is ready! Serve the dish directly in the pan where it was baked, let the first guests will appreciate the shining gloss on the meat, and then see what's inside.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Spinach

    8 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Legs to release from the bone. Lay skin down on a cutting Board. Each pepper and brush with soy sauce-Teriyaki marinade sauce (or regular soy sauce).

On top of one leg to stack the spinach leaves and garlic slices.

The next layer - Korean carrot.

Cover all with a layer of spinach leaves and second legs.

Gently chipped at the edges with toothpicks.

Put in pan for baking. Top coat with the sauce-marinade. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

After 25 minutes, pull from oven, flip and brush with sauce again. Put in the oven for 5 minutes for a glossy crust.

Serve in a frying pan where meat was cooked after removing the sticks.
