Cooking
Legs to release from the bone. Lay skin down on a cutting Board. Each pepper and brush with soy sauce-Teriyaki marinade sauce (or regular soy sauce).
On top of one leg to stack the spinach leaves and garlic slices.
The next layer - Korean carrot.
Cover all with a layer of spinach leaves and second legs.
Gently chipped at the edges with toothpicks.
Put in pan for baking. Top coat with the sauce-marinade. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
After 25 minutes, pull from oven, flip and brush with sauce again. Put in the oven for 5 minutes for a glossy crust.
Serve in a frying pan where meat was cooked after removing the sticks.
