Baskets of crunchy biscuit with a delicious chocolate cream – the dream of every sweet tooth. And bunnies and Christmas trees of white chocolate will give the baskets a special charm and will be a real surprise for your children. Maybe this dessert will become a favorite treat of your child.

Cooking
Grind cookies in a blender.
Carefully grind cookies with butter until moist crumbs. If the mixture is dry, add a little more oil.
Molds to fill them with the mixture, spread on bottom and walls, thoroughly compacting the mixture with your fingers. The moulds put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15 min, then cool in the fridge.
To prepare the chocolate cream, mix the sour cream with sugar,
add cocoa powder, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous brown mass, and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. As soon as the mass thickens, remove from heat.
Add chopped walnuts and stir. Chocolate cream is ready.
Fill cooked chilled custard tarts and put back in the fridge.
Now for the decoration of chocolate. A chocolate bar (I took a white porous) to melt in a water bath together with butter. Melted the chocolate with the consistency similar to melted cheese the same gooey.
Chocolate spread on a cutting Board (or tray) covered with baking paper, flatten with a knife and place in refrigerator to cool. Then molds cut Christmas trees and hares, carefully podawa them with a knife, and separating carefully from the paper.
Decorate baskets Christmas trees and bunnies.
Christmas dessert is ready!
