Personalized dessert Olenka
Soft chocolate pear dessert. Specially prepared for the lovely Olenka Babich!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Fruit puree

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    25 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • The food dye

Gelatin to combine with puree, last 10 minutes, add the vanilla sugar, heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved gelatin.

50 g of chocolate to combine with butter and melt in the microwave. With half a lemon squeeze the juice and combine with sour cream.

The gelatin mixture is mixed with melted chocolate and lemon cream, mix well. The resulting mass to fill dessert molds, refrigerate to harden for 30-40 minutes.

The remaining 50 g of chocolate to melt in the microwave, add green food coloring, mix thoroughly. Pour the chocolate on the baking paper. Using a wide knife to spread the chocolate evenly, let cool.

Molds cookie cutter or just a knife cut out chocolate figures of desired shape. Removed the figures from the paper easily and bend easily.

Take out frozen dessert from the molds, placed in a bowl, decorate with chocolate figurines, drawing yellow food colour pencil, garnish with chrysanthemums and will give Olenka!
