Cabbage soup from fresh cabbage with peas
Very tasty and light soup based on chicken broth. Transparent yellowish broth, white cabbage and green peas. The main thing is not to overdo the number of vegetables. The soup is supposed to be "watery", as in the Soviet canteens. More broth, less vegetables.

Add steamed vegetables. Give the soup to boil for 3 minutes and add the cabbage. Here again, everything depends on the taste. Who likes thicker - will add more cabbage. Cook soup until cooked potatoes. Turn off the heat. Add to soup, tomatoes and green peas. My peas were canned. If the raw - I think you can lay it together with the cabbage.
