This recipe is originally from Western Ukraine, a fabulous place where you inspire and inspire. Pie is a type of pastry, usually rectangular in shape, beautiful in the context. This cake consists of two cakes and cream sponge cake, poppy seed cake and butter cream. Let's start with the sponge cake, which consists of white and yellow dough. White dough: 4 protein vzbit with 150 g of sugar; mix 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp ammonium; introduce the egg mixture to the flour;

Yellow dough: 4 egg yolks whipped with 50g sugar; mix 4 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp ammonium; to enter into the egg mass flour.

Lay a sheet of baking paper, grease with oil, gently and evenly spread the dough: first yellow, it is white. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Prepare poppy seed cake: poppy (400g) to sift, pour boiling water for half an hour, drain the water, press the Mac.

Beat the 2 eggs with 200g sugar, add sour cream (200 g) with dissolved in it 0.5 St. l. of ammonium. Mix well. Add the flour, stir, put in poppy seeds, mix again thoroughly. I'm doing this with a mixer - it's faster.

The important point, that in Western Ukraine baking a is used as a leavening agent ammonium food. Baking becomes aerial, light, without odor, while the ammonia has an unpleasant smell of ammonia. I have tried baking with other leavening agents-the baking soda is another dough, the taste is completely different.

Spread the poppy seed dough on a sheet of baking paper, greased. Bake at 200 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.

Butter cream: whip 1 can of condensed milk and 300g of butter. Cool.

Cakes need to cool down. Then it is desirable to trim each other to form the cake in this order: bottom-poppy seed cake, a butter cream (the thick layer, about 1-2 cm in thickness), a cream - biscuit crust, white dough to the cream.

Cook chocolate glaze (I'm on a water bath melt chocolate, adding a little milk), frost the top of cake. While the glaze is not frozen, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles. Design options top: the remnants of the cream, sprinkle with sprinkles or grated chocolate, or chopped waffles, or coconut.
