    150 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cards

    150 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Banana peel and blend in any convenient way – with a fork, a blender, a pestle. Walnuts chop with a knife. Not to make it too small! From dates remove the stones and cut into large pieces.
step-1
In a bowl sift the rice flour, it may be wheat flour, is not critical. Add baking powder, mix well. In flour mixture put the nuts and dates, once again mix well.
step-2
Add eggs, banana puree, softened butter pieces or any other vegetable odour. Stir with a spatula until a homogeneous mass.
step-3
Molds grease with vegetable oil, put in the dough without a roller coaster.
step-4
I was able to fill one form for six seats, and three additional molds.
step-5
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven until dry splinter. It took me 25 minutes.
step-6
While the cake is baking, make the sauce, which in a saucepan, heat on low heat the cream and broken pieces of white chocolate, to dissolve the latter.
step-7
The cooled cupcakes out of the moulds, feeding on portions of the plates, watering sauce and decorate at its discretion. I saw the need to embellish transparent lime slices and zest. By the way, aggressive taste and aroma of this citrus could not be better emphasized the taste of the cupcake. A worthy alternative to the sauce - glaze. 50 g of powdered sugar RUB with a tablespoon of lemon juice or lime (the juice is better to add 2-3 hours) until the consistency of thick cream.
