Cooking

step-0
These are simple ingredients. Actually, cereal in the house we do not keep, but came to visit one of our family friend (you know, from the kind of zany Paganel) and gift the child brought a can of baby formula and a package of balls. From one our child has grown, while the other is still not Mature enough, but in case, just for the balls I remembered this recipe.
step-1
Eggs, beat with a mixer until fluffy foam, add sour cream and condensed milk and continue whisking until smooth. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and knead quite thick dough (flour may need less), add chocolate chips and stir again.
step-2
Cake pan with baking paper and spread it on the dough, carefully leveling it with a spatula or with a wet spoon. Sent to be baked in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes, readiness check a match or a wooden skewer.
step-3
The cupcake is soft (not wet), porous and very delicate. Not cloying, with a soft creamy taste and so much fun in the pots of bulbs.
step-4
If you make the dough thinner (putting less flour), you can bake small cupcakes, but in this case the light bulbs will soar upwards, and the cupcakes will turn out in the "hoods" of chocolate balls well and furnace have been 15-20 minutes. But you will make it funny and also very tasty.
step-5
Instead of balls you can put corn flakes or other dry cereal and candied fruit or raisins. However, in my home brought the packaging of balls... Bon appetit!
