Chicken drumsticks in Armenian
If you want to cook something unusual, then you should definitely try this simple recipe for chicken in Armenian. This dish is very similar to the usual chicken, which we often bake, but with a unique taste and aroma. It will be a great decoration of the festive table, and great variety to your daily routine.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sourdough

    1 pack

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken's leg

    7 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

To sterilize the utensils for cooking yogurt. Pour the yeast into the milk at room temperature (22-24°C). Dosage: 1 sachet of leaven for 1 liter of milk. The milk mixture after inoculation of the starter mix thoroughly with a clean, dry spoon for 2-3 minutes to dissolve yeast. Capacity you need to cover. Put the resulting milk mixture in a warm place (35-40°C) for 6-10 hours for fermenting (I used a yogurt maker-thermos OURSSON ). Then put in refrigerator to cool. From the resulting yoghurt I'll cook chicken drumsticks in Armenian.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds and chop. Garlic is clean and wash.

Place bell peppers and garlic in a blender.

Blend until a homogeneous mass.

The resulting mixture was spread in a deep bowl, add yogurt.

Then add the spices: nutmeg, salt, red and black pepper. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients until smooth.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Pita folded in half and put into a form.
