Let us, my fellow cooks and kulinarki, bake with you today the cake "Danube waves"! All agree?!!! Well then for the cause! We will prepare all products: weigh, measure out and then for business. Margarine to melt and cool to not hot, I do it in the microwave-400 watt, 3-4 minutes, and then he's not hot. In a Cup beat eggs, whisk them slightly with a mixer, adding the sugar mixed with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything until smooth - not long, maybe 2 minutes. Pour in the melted margarine and vymeshivaem. Mixing on low speed, add a spoonful of flour mixed with baking powder. Knead until smooth dough.
About 2/3 of the dough spread on a sheet, greased with margarine or lined with baking paper, I prefer paper. Flatten the dough on the sheet.
Cocoa sift and pour in the remaining one-third of dough, add 1 teaspoon of milk and at low speed of mixer, stir until smooth.
Spread the chocolate dough on top of light and level.
Now on top put the cherries. If you have frozen, then defrost is not necessary. If you take the compote, it is first necessary to place the cherries in a colander to glass liquid.
Put the sheet in a preheated 180-200°C oven for 35-40 min. the Cake is ready. Allow it to cool on a wire rack.
