Eggs
Eggs "Jeanette" can be served for a snack, lunch, brunch, dinner, they are suitable for buffet table and picnic. This dish is both delicious and beautiful. For eggs you can use different toppings.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Eggs boil, cool, clean

and cut in half.

Remove the yolk and a good mash it with a fork.

Add the milk, garlic (pressed), parsley (finely chopped), salt, pepper

and 1-2 tbsp of mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. The filling should be thick.

Stuff the egg yolk mixture, leaving about 2 tbsp. for sauce)))

To make the sauce: in a blender or by hand combine all the ingredients for the sauce except the olive oil. Whisking, gradually add the oil.

Heat the olive oil (to grease a little with a brush) in the pan. Put the eggs cut side down and stuffed. Fry about 2 minutes.

The stuffing should be formed a Golden crust.

Transfer the eggs onto a plate. Pour sauce on top, and decorate around. I decorated with greens and cherry tomatoes. PS the Filling can be varied according to your taste.
