Mille-feuille with cheese and Basil cream and tomato
Simple, bright, delicious snack every day and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

1. Roll the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut into strips with a width of approximately 2-3 cm. Spread strips on a baking sheet. Top cover with parchment over the top and put another baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Bake the strips until cooked, about 20 minutes. Cool.

2. Cheese mixed with sour cream. Basil, 5 leaves, finely chop, add to the cheese, season with salt and pepper and stir.

3. Strips cut into 12 equal length pieces. Take a strip of dough, sprinkle a little cream, cover with second strip and again a little cream, cover with the third strip again, and a little cream.

4. Tomatoes cut into 4 parts. Spread on top of slices of tomatoes, season with Italian herbs and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with Basil or on request.
