Description
Bento – the Japanese version of a Packed lunch usually taken to work or school, adults and children. Traditionally, this meal consists of two parts: one half is rice, other vegetables, fish, eggs or meat. I offer you my version of the children's Bento.

Cooking
For our dishes we use the Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral".
The Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral" to wash 7 times in cold water until the water is clear. Pour the rice with water to 1.5 cm above the rice as it boils, to make a very small fire, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Off and lay between the pan and cover with kitchen towel and leave for another 15 minutes.
To make the dressing - mix until dissolved 10g vinegar, 10g sugar, 4G salt and 1tbsp. L. beet juice. Mix dressing with rice.
With the help of the food film formed body.
From nori cut and pasted on top of the pattern ladybugs.
Boil in salted water the vegetables separately and quail egg.
Make tamago. Mix gently without bubbles with a fork 2 eggs, 1ch. L. soy sauce, 1tbsp. L. sugar,2G of salt, 1tbsp. L. dry white wine and pour it in greased with olive oil pan.
When the mass privatisa a bit, gently with a spatula roll the pancake into a roll. Our tamago is ready.
In a convenient container collect our lunch, put ladybirds, cut into small pieces of tamago, broccoli, beans, quail egg and radish flowers. Our Bento is ready!
