Here is the funny name given to this salad, thanks to my beloved wife. He did this crabby, and then I remembered that in the cartoon crabs are the cylinders :)... This masterpiece my wife expose for the contest "Scarlett March 8".

Mayonnaise

Horseradish

Cooking
The tear lettuce with your hands (in my case the I was not and I replaced the parsley and dill) and put a layer on a plate.
Apple peel and seeds.
Cut the Apple into strips or squares, as you like.
Sliced Apple spread will svargo greenery, forming a circle.
On top of the apples put the pieces of pineapple to create a small hill.
Mayonnaise.
Shrimp formed the crab. Shell make from grated horseradish. The eye and cylinder - made from pieces of olives.
