Souffle of hake with carrots
Good day, my dear! The last six months I almost did not put recipes, the reason was my almost complete absence on the website in connection with weight loss (-10 kg now, phew, cheers, although I was not full, but decided to become the perfect, the power is there, the will is there, the will was found and made). But cook I did, however, only very ordinary and low-calorie dishes. Visited today the new year my creative Muse and I decided to indulge in a fish. Such is already in my "trunk", but hardly compares with this option.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Spices

  • Yogurt

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Carrots + 2 raw eggs + salt pepper + sugar + tablespoon of yogurt. All knead well.

Hake slices + 2 eggs + spices + remaining yogurt. Beat well in a blender to a mushy mass.

In refractory form spread, first the carrot mixture on top of fish (preferably silicone mould to take, then the mass will not stick to the walls of the mold, do not have to use oil). Put in oven, preheated to 180gr, 45 min.
