We gathered at the cottage for a barbeque. And I thought that would bake, so waiting for the kebabs have something to eat. And then I remembered a recipe a simple and delicious bread rolls. That's what happened.
Ingredients

Flour

Yogurt
200 ml

Leavening agent

Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

Mayonnaise

Ketchup
Cooking
In flour mixed with baking powder and salt, pour in oil and yogurt. Knead a soft dough. Leave the dough and making the filling. Three on a coarse grater cheese and sausage. Roll out the dough into a rectangular formation. Even out our stuffing. Top prokativaet mayonnaise and ketchup.
Then all are twisted in roll. Well prominen the whole loaf.
Cut our roll into pieces. Each piece level. Turn out roses. Spread on a baking sheet. And put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 25min.
After the specified time take out these buns
Without sausage, just cheese. Also very tasty. The filling can be different, depending on your taste. Bon appetit!!!
