Description

Vegetable mini-pies from the dough
Dough "gozleme" - more fancy than the usual unleavened dough, but not so creamy and layered, like puff pastry. Well suited for rolls and pies (who loves a lot of filling and not enough dough). Periodically look in book V. Pokhlebkin "My kitchen" and find interesting things like this test.

Cooking

step-0
In the flour and salt add water (not enough, do not worry, MORE WATER is NOT NECESSARY). Beat egg, adding the vinegar. Pour in the batter and mix. To plane the margarine, mix with the dough. The resulting dough is WELL KNEAD and KNOCK on the table, the table is constantly podpisem flour until the dough no longer sticks to hands and will not appear bubbles (took me about 10 minutes). The dough is soft but elastic (lovely! working with him is a pleasure). To cut the resulting piece of dough into 9 parts, to make plump tortillas, brush them with oil (olive, vegetable), put on sheet, cover with a towel and put the cold for 30 minutes.
step-1
While the dough is brewing, make filling. Finely chop the onion (I have a leek), carrots three on a coarse grater, cabbage finely shinkuem (I had a stumpy, so I also grated...) From the beans drain off liquid and make into a blender puree.
step-2
Onion fry 1 minute, add carrot and cabbage, fry 5 minutes, add the mashed beans, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and lots of greenery. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. The stove off. The filling to cool.
step-3
Now get our cakes from the fridge, roll out each to 12-15 cm in diameter. To roll better on towel covered with flour. Every 3 cakes stacked on each other, accurately between them with vegetable oil. And now these three cakes TOGETHER and ROLL out into a thin layer 1-2 mm thick. On the edge put the stuffing, wrap roll and cut into pieces 5-6 cm do the same thing with the following three tortillas. Rolls stacked on the sheet pinned with a fork, grease with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
step-4
Bake in heated oven at 210*C for 20-25 minutes.
step-5
The filling was enough for 18 things. The only drawback - well, very quickly eaten!
step-6
I have another portion of 3 cakes they made with sweet fillings of 2 apples + 2 handfuls of raisins + 2 tablespoon of sugar.
step-7
Wrapped roll, smeared with milk, on top of the sugar in the oven for 25 minutes. Turned out great strudel, better than in the store.
