Cooking

step-0
You need to prepare the products. Chicken (better to take chilled, not frozen, then the filling will be more tender) cut into pieces. Mushrooms (I have at this time, oyster mushrooms) cut into pieces the size of chicken. Onion, white part minced and delay separately. Crush the garlic.
step-1
In olive oil fry the onions (the white part of the stem).
step-2
Add garlic and green onions and fry another minute.
step-3
To the onions add the chicken and cook 5-6 minutes.
step-4
Add the mushrooms and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
step-5
Pour the cream and bring to a boil. To cook the filling until thick. Add thyme (if dried, it is quite incomplete dessert spoon), salt and pepper, mix well. Cool stuffing.
step-6
Thawed roll the dough and cut into four squares 30X30 cm (this according to the recipe, as I usually do). But this time we had to make the envelopes more, so I cut the dough into 10 little squares. In the middle of each put the stuffing.
step-7
Moisten edges of squares with water and seal the opposite edges to make envelopes. In the middle of each is necessary to leave a small hole. Each envelope brush with beaten egg and if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds. If time allows, put the envelopes in 20 minutes in the refrigerator. If there's no time to bake without cooling in the oven all the time written in the instructions on the package of dough.
step-8
Here are delicious envelopes get.
step-9
And so they look in the rift. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
