Of course, each family has its own favorite dough recipe and website so many great recipes, but I really want to share with you my favorite recipe that I already use for more than 10 years. Patties this recipe came out very tasty, tender, airy and with a wonderful crispy crust! Especially tasty meat patties from this dough. Today I'll make pies with cabbage.

Cooking

For the filling, stew the cabbage. Cut into julienne the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and put all in a pan with vegetable oil. Simmer the cabbage until tender, about 40 minutes. By the end of extinguishing add salt and pepper to taste.
