Description
Hoddeok (Hotteok) - Korean pancakes with sweet walnut-caramel filling inside! The dough for pancakes prepared with yeast. Sami pancakes are fried on a pan and encased inside them sugar-cinnamon filling melts and turns into caramel. It turns out very tasty!

In the container mix yeast, water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil, mix well.
Add the sifted flour, make dough.

In a hot pan, put a ball, fry it on one side for about 30 seconds to a good "blush".
Then immediately turn over and lightly presses on it with a spatula, fry for about a minute (the fire can be abated).
