Sweet Korean pancakes
Hoddeok (Hotteok) - Korean pancakes with sweet walnut-caramel filling inside! The dough for pancakes prepared with yeast. Sami pancakes are fried on a pan and encased inside them sugar-cinnamon filling melts and turns into caramel. It turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Water

    240 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

In the container mix yeast, water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil, mix well.
