2. While preparing the rice, prepare the filling. In 10 ml. of warm water to dissolve the salt and sugar, add rice vinegar. Rice to shift in a bowl and mix with the dressing with a spatula chopping movements.
3. Take any cutting for biscuit. Best to choose a cutting with no small parts. To shape the sushi is better on that surface where you plan to give them to them once not to shift. On the bottom pour a little sesame seeds.
