Warm snack
This salad is doing in new York city Chinese restaurant near Metropolitan Opera. Quite original and unexpected, but it was very tasty. However, my husband said it was some kind of pasta. It is in this as eating this dish and a son. Recipe from Yulia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    2 handful

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 handful

To prepare the products. Cilantro finely chop the hot peppers very finely (best done with gloves), ginger to grate.

In a large frying pan (ideally in a wok) heat sesame (or at least, fragrant sunflower or mustard) oil, pour soy sauce, add ginger, pepper and sesame seeds, heat them for 30 seconds. Then add the beef and fry it for 3-4 minutes, stretching the lumps with a fork or potato masher for potatoes. Then pour 2 ladle of hot broth. Cook on low heat for 7-9 minutes.

While stew beef, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package (usually boil for 2-3 minutes).

The pasta ready to drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Add pasta to the frying pan to the mince,

Add the cilantro and mix well.

A snack to put in a salad bowl, top with a little sprinkle of sesame seeds and immediately file on the table.
