Mozarella potato-crust Apple
Very unusual use of mozzarella - that's the highlight of this recipe. And tender potato-Apple batter, from which warm mozzarella so gracefully flows, will satisfy sophisticated gourmets.

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Lemon

    2 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

    1 Tbsp
