Description

Cooking
Slice onions into very finely.
Heat the oil in a small saucepan with a thick bottom, put the onion, fry on medium heat until soft, 5 min.
Sausages cut into small cubes. I use smoked sausage "Hunting Cherkizovsky". It is made from natural meat and has high taste qualities.
Add sausages to the onions, cook, stirring occasionally, 8-10 min.
Remove from heat, drain the fat.
Add contents of saucepan cream cheese
Mustard and beer, stir until a homogeneous mass. Remove from heat.
Hard cheese grate on a fine grater. Portions add grated cheese to the skillet, stirring thoroughly each time.
Pour the dip into a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven until, until it starts bubbling, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
