Beer dip with smoked sausage
Unusually flavorful dip with cheese and smoked sausages dignity can decorate Your Christmas table. Goes well with crackers, croutons, pita bread and just bread.

Ingredients

  • Dark beer

    200 ml

  • Soft cheese

    200 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Slice onions into very finely.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan with a thick bottom, put the onion, fry on medium heat until soft, 5 min.

Sausages cut into small cubes. I use smoked sausage "Hunting Cherkizovsky". It is made from natural meat and has high taste qualities.

Add sausages to the onions, cook, stirring occasionally, 8-10 min.

Remove from heat, drain the fat.

Add contents of saucepan cream cheese

Mustard and beer, stir until a homogeneous mass. Remove from heat.
