I read a lot online about with aromatic vinegar, but a certain recipe is not found, only the cooking technique, so did their proportion. Very happy with the result, so I share with you. Insist two weeks in a dark place at room temperature. The Bay leaf and herbs will partially settle. The result in the photo - the vinegar has darkened, but the transparency is not completely lost, has acquired a rich color and flavor... it's something))).
Strain through several layers of cheesecloth.
Be sure to squeeze the weed!
It turns out to be a beautiful, fragrant, original vinegar. Pot in a cold dish didn't really want to give my flavor - and here it turns out from a spicy condiment, even a simple pickled onions acquires a delicious flavor.
