Crispy fish in Thai
Dear Cooks, I offer to cook You a snapshot of the fish with a Thai flavor. Yulia Vysotskaya suggests taking for this dish white fish, but I am not very fat red fish - coho salmon. My assistant multivarka Vitek VT-4210ВК made, in principle, all the work for me (as always prepared a delicious, healthy dish itself and saved me a lot of time :-) ).

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Corn grits

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Peanut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Mint

  • Cashews

    1 handful

Include multicookings Vitek VT-4210ВК mode "Roasting", pour 1 tbsp. l. sesame and peanut oil. Heat oil. My peanut butter was not, I added sunflower. And for flavor to the fish, then added a handful of cashew nuts.

Fish cut into pieces, dry, a little salt and crumble in the corn grits.

Fry the fish on all sides in the "Broiling" (I cover multivarki closed, but this does not prevent the fish to remain crispy and toasted). For flavor I added another handful of nuts cashews, roasted with fish ( then at the table for the nuts and was a real struggle).

While the fish is roasting, prepare the ingredients for the sauce. Garlic and ginger cut into slices, Chile cleaned of seeds and cut into pieces. Grate the lemon zest. Green onion-rings.

Take out the fish. Add remaining oil (1 tbsp). Instead of fish for a couple of minutes put in multivarku ingredients for the sauce. Add to them the sugar, soy sauce, mint and a few spoons of water.
