Mexican tat
The Indians baked tortillas from the earliest times, it is the basis for many dishes. And belyashi in Russia — one of the most common fast food. This recipe is a hybrid, are thin crispy tortillas with juicy meat filling inside, they are well on the road, and as a snack, and just a great version of "fast cakes". Besides, in contrast, it is tradicionnyh tat, not greasy dish, because butter don't use at all.

Ingredients

  • Pellet

    1 pack

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the onion and sauté until transparent. Mix the mince, onion, cracklings, egg, greenery, spices.
