Tender, juicy meat, framed by vegetables.. flavored with plenty of herbs... Quick... easy and sooooo tasty Recipe of this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Nanusha called Myasko "Useful" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Meat cut into thin plates, as in small chops
Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings (I still half-ring was cut in half, so the bulb was large, but a bow in my family not too fond of)
The pot or pan with a thick bottom greased with butter
Spread a layer of meat, salt, pepper, and top with a layer of onion, repeat layers until meat and onion over. Close the lid and put on medium heat, when the sound of the sizzle, and the juice will give the meat and onions to boil, low down the heat and simmer the meat under a lid for 40 minutes
After 40 minutes the meat and the onion, gently mix, put into a saucepan a layer of sliced strips of pepper
A layer of finely chopped greens, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes
All mix, add the chopped tomatoes, cover and simmer the meat until tender
Spread the meat on a plate, decorate with salad leaves or fresh herbs
For a side dish you can serve boiled potatoes. PLEASANT TO YOU OF APPETITE!
