Cooking
Cook cabbage stuffing: fry onion in butter until soft, add sauerkraut and fry for one hour on medium heat. We must make sure that the cabbage is not burnt. If the cabbage is too sour, add a little sugar. I added grated carrots. The finished cabbage should be soft and very juicy.
